How can you safely dispose of appliances and electronics that you no longer want?

Fee: $5 Prairie SWA demanufactures non-Freon appliances on-site. That includes microwaves, washers/dryers, stoves, water heaters, dishwashers and furnaces. 
Fee $15 Freon appliances (refrigerators, freezers, air conditioners and dehumidifiers) are recycled by an off-site contractor. 
After demanufacturing, appliances are recycled, so the metal can be re-used. Recycling is environmentally friendly—it reduces pollution and saves energy.
